Financial Reporting Analyst (Central / Education) [EL]
Summary
Handles student recruitment commission calculations, monthly/annual financial reporting, and Navision-based accounting for an edtech company.
- Administer student recruitment commission calculations and payment schedules for local recruitment teams and overseas representatives.
- Prepare monthly and annual FPSG reporting, including annual reconciliations.
- Execute month-end and year-end close processes to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Prepare revenue accruals, journal entries, and post transactions in Microsoft Navision.
- Produce revenue and operating expense variance analysis to support management decision-making.
- Prepare monthly financial reporting schedules, audit support schedules, and Board reporting materials.
- Coordinate the annual budgeting process by preparing templates, consolidating Group submissions, and uploading approved budgets into Navision.
- Support compliance with EduTrust requirements, external audits, tax filings, annual returns, and XBRL submissions.
- Assist with finance projects and perform other ad hoc assignments as required.
