What You’ll Do
During a typical day, you will:
- Deliver results aligned with store profitability goals
- Provide a quality customer sales experience through efficient execution of all transactions
- Identify customer needs and offer tailored financial solutions
- Handle cash and accurately process transactions
- Connect with customers regarding past-due balances and negotiate payment arrangements
- Complete documentation with a high level of accuracy
- Follow all safety, security, and compliance requirements
What We’re Looking For
- A sales-driven mindset with a strong focus on customer experience
- At least one year of experience in financial services, retail, telecom, or other customer-facing sales environments
- Confidence handling cash and managing transactions
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
