Financial Services Recruiter / Virtual Assistant

Company Overview:
- Quali-T Virtual Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced and motivated Recruiter / Virtual Assistant to support a growing company in the U.S. financial services industry.
- We are looking for someone with strong recruiting, lead generation, and communication skills who can confidently identify, engage, and recruit qualified professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and recruit professionals holding appropriate licenses in the financial services industry.
- Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, and other recruiting platforms.
- Conduct initial candidate outreach, screening, and follow-ups.
- Perform business-to-business (B2B) outbound calls during the initial phase of the engagement.
- Build and maintain organized candidate pipelines and recruiting databases.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate communication with prospective candidates.
- Assist with administrative tasks, CRM updates, and recruiting reports.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or lead generation.
- Experience recruiting within the U.S. financial services or insurance industry is highly preferred.
- Strong English communication skills with a professional phone presence.
- Comfortable conducting outbound B2B calls and engaging decision-makers.
- Experience using LinkedIn, recruiting platforms, and CRM systems.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and results-driven.
