Develops, implements, and monitors programs to analyze and evaluate the performance of civilian payroll systems and the civilian payroll offices.

Recommends needed changes to legislation, policies, and directives that impact civilian pay systems.

Prepares technical material to substantiate required system changes to the Defense Civilian Payroll System.

Coordinates with DFAS staff offices for support and services needed by the functional area.

Represents the Director on committees, panels, and at conferences and meetings.
