FINANCIAL TECHNICIAN (MEDICAL EXPENSE AND PERFORMANCE REPORTING SYSTEM)

About the Position: This position is in at Naval Hospital Guam. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation under the Direct-Hire Authority for Certain DoD Personnel. Analyze financial, accounting, labor/manpower, workload, budget and other organizational reports for accuracy and discrepancies.

Research data that deviates from historical trends or established performance measures to identify errors or anomalies.

Review source data on a recurring basis to ensure accurate, timely, and complete reporting and recording.

Interpret regulations, directives, and manuals for local implementation of financial reporting systems.

Collect and analyze cost, labor/manpower, workload, budget, and other organizational data for development of recurring and special reports.

Operate computer equipment and software for creation of reports, charts, and correspondence.

Propose adjustments to data collection subsystems for prevention of future errors.

Coordinate with computer specialists for troubleshooting of system hardware or software problems.
