• Preparing inventory reports and submitting them to the financial and operational management.
• Ensuring compliance with established inventory policies within the company.

Second: Financial Oversight on Inventory

• Reviewing inventory records in the accounting system and ensuring their accuracy.
• Monitoring the movement of inputs and outputs and ensuring their correct documentation.
• Monitoring inventory-related costs (purchase cost – storage cost – handling cost).
• Ensuring the accuracy of inventory valuation according to established accounting standards.
• Reporting any violations or irregular transactions affecting inventory accuracy.

Third: Improving Operations and Reducing Discrepancies

• Proposing solutions to address recurring discrepancies in inventory.
• Developing inventory procedures to ensure accuracy and speed.
• Coordinating with the warehouse department to ensure the application of best practices in inventory management.
• Monitoring inventory levels and alerting management when there is an abnormal shortage or surplus.

Skills
