Fine EG Supply Chain Core.Process Engineer
- Identify and eliminate losses related to material handling, inventory movements, equipment breakdowns, and process failures.
- Improve warehouse productivity and operational efficiency through continuous process optimization.
- Identify and reduce quality losses across warehouse processes.
- Establish, maintain, and continuously improve standardized warehouse processes and operating practices.
- Ensure the effective implementation and appropriate use of RTT DMSs to monitor warehouse performance and drive improvement initiatives.
- Analyze operational performance data to identify gaps, losses, and improvement opportunities.
- Conduct root-cause analysis and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
- Work closely with Warehouse Operations and relevant cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across warehouse operations, focusing on safety, quality, cost, service, and productivity.
- Monitor the sustainability and effectiveness of implemented improvements and ensure adherence to established standards.
