Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end construction execution of residential, commercial, mixed-use, or infrastructure projects.
- Develop and monitor project schedules, milestones, and construction progress.
- Manage contractors, consultants, and vendor performance to ensure timely delivery.
- Ensure adherence to project budgets and monitor cost, quality, and productivity metrics.
- Review construction drawings, specifications, and technical submittals.
- Drive compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards at site.
- Coordinate with design, procurement, contracts, and project management teams for issue resolution.
- Track project risks, delays, and deviations and implement mitigation plans.
- Liaise with statutory authorities and ensure compliance with applicable regulations and approvals.
- Prepare periodic MIS, progress reports, and management updates.
- Lead project handover, snag closure, and defect liability management.
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Master's Degree preferred).
- 10-15 years of experience in construction/project execution of large-scale real estate projects.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, project planning, contracts, cost management, and quality systems.
- Experience in residential, commercial, hospitality, or mixed-use developments.
- Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, and project reporting tools.
- Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and team leadership skills.
