  • Shift: 2:45PM-10:45PM, Monday - Friday

  • Starting Pay Rate: $25.09/hr plus $2/hr shift differential

About the Role

Are you a hands-on problem solver with great attention to detail? Join our finishing department as a Manufacturing Operations Associate! In this versatile role, you will own the production process from setup to final pack. We are looking for collaborative, agile team members who take pride in delivering high-quality work in a highly regulated, safety-first environment.

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)

  • Operate & Pack: Run finishing production machines and package high-quality products to precise customer specifications.

  • Safety & Compliance: Maintain a safe work environment, adhere to EHS procedures, and proactively escalate safety issues.

  • Regulated Quality: Follow batch records, standard operating conditions, and maintain strict compliance with ISO 13485, FDA, and GMP standards.

  • Logistics & Tracking: Perform accurate inventory transactions using our ERP system (MFG-Pro) and safely operate a lift-truck/forklift to load, unload, and move materials.

  • Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with team members to solve problems, reduce waste, and support lean manufacturing (ELS) initiatives.

  • Education/Experience: High School Diploma/GED OR 3+ years of manufacturing experience.

  • Technical Aptitude: Comfort using computers and ERP applications. Experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, or highly regulated manufacturing is a plus.

  • Agility & Collaboration: A team-first mindset with the willingness to adapt to shifting production needs, cross-train, and work overtime as needed.

  • Physical Ability: Able to lift up to 50 lbs periodically throughout your shift.
