Salary Range: $64,000 - $91,000 depending on experience

Usual Responsibilities
- Enforce safety rules and maintain a clean work area.
- Resolve employee concerns and document performance issues.
- Supervise finishing line staff and assign daily work assignments.
- Monitor production schedules and adjust staffing to meet output targets.
- Inspect finished parts for quality and conformance to specifications.
- Train new employees on finishing equipment and safety procedures.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate maintenance repairs.
- Track production metrics and report results to plant management.
Recommended Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Three or more years of experience in finishing or production operations.
- Prior supervisory or team lead experience in manufacturing.
- Knowledge of finishing processes such as coating, polishing, or deburring.
- Ability to read work orders and production specifications.
- Strong communication and problem solving skills.
Bonus Qualifications
- Forklift certification.
- Associate degree in manufacturing or a related field.
- Experience with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement methods.
- Familiarity with quality systems such as ISO 9001.
- Bilingual English and Spanish.
