Finishing Team Member - Day Shift

Location: 3030 Airport Road La Crosse, WI 54603
Starting Wage: $19.00/hour
Weekend Premium: $2.50/hour
Shift: Rotating days: 6:00am – 6:00pm
Work Schedule: Rotating 12-Hour Shifts including every other weekend:
Week One: Three Days – 36 Hours
Week Two: Four Day - 48 Hours
Typical Day in the Role:
The Offline Jogger is responsible for tasks that include:
- Operating a machine that prepares printed labels for the production process
- Inspecting the quality of printed products and raising concerns where needed
- Cross-training in other roles across the production environment
- Problem solving issues that arise
- Effectively working as a team member to meet production and company goals
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or general education degree required
- 1 or more years of relevant manufacturing experience
- Highly motivated with a positive attitude
- Willingness to utilize and learn new technology
