Job Description

Our client is looking for a DevOps Specialist to join their team for a Remote Contract Opportunity. Candidates should be in Canada.

Must Have Primary Skills

• University graduation in computer science or a related discipline and 4 years of relevant experience
• 2-year diploma in computer science or a related discipline and 6 years of relevant experience
• 1-year certificate in computer science or a related discipline and 7 years of relevant experience
• A currently active professional certification or accreditation and 8 years of relevant experience

Nice To Have Secondary Skills

• Experience collecting requirements, analyzing, designing or implementing Microsoft Power Platform products and services, either on-premises or in a cloud infrastructure‑as‑a‑service environment
• Experience completing migration of applications and other technologies from one environment to another (e.g., moves between data centers, moves to different platforms, moves to the cloud from on‑premise installations)
• Experience preparing and documenting materials for user acceptance testing
• Experience troubleshooting forms and workflows (all types)
• Experience with complex SharePoint projects including solutions depending on managed metadata, workflows, forms, and user interface customization
• Experience developing integrated system and technical design specifications on complex engagements with varying enterprise content management systems
• Proven experience in active Microsoft certifications (e.g., Power Platform App Maker Associate, Power Apps Developer Associate)
• Experience upgrading Microsoft SharePoint environments (e.g., 2013 to 2016, 2016 to Online)
