We are currently hiring Customer Service Representatives to join an international support team based in Lisbon. This role is focused on delivering high-quality customer support in a structured and professional environment.

What You Will Do
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Finnish
Provide accurate and timely customer support
Assist customers with issue resolution and service-related questions
Escalate complex cases to relevant internal teams when required
Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions
Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality
Requirements
Finnish communication skills required
Currently based in Lisbon, Portugal
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Customer-oriented mindset
Ability to work in a structured support environment
Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory
