Finnish Licensed Water & Sewage Manager — Data Centres

Winthrop Engineering Limited seeks a licensed Water & Sewage Manager in Vaasa, Finland, to oversee water and wastewater works on construction sites. You will act as the approved manager under Finnish regulations and ensure compliance with the Building Act, decrees, and local authority requirements.

You will supervise subcontractors, review method statements and test plans, coordinate inspections, maintain site documentation, and support the Project Manager with planning and progress reporting.
