Finnish​-speaking Customer Service Consultant

We are growing and looking for consultants who are enthusiastic and committed to serving customers.

We support customers of one of the largest manufacturers of home appliances/ RTV equipment.

Tasks:

• Providing technical information and support to equipment users in accordance with project guidelines.
• Diagnose and resolve technical problems.
• Providing information on products and their functionality.
• Entering requests into the system.

Our requirements: 💎​

• Fluency in Finnish C1.
• Excellent command of English B2.
• Basic knowledge of operating household appliances (i.e. refrigerator, washing machine, TV).
• Ability to type quickly on a computer keyboard.
• Preferred availability of approximately 120 hours per month. Services are provided during project operating hours (Mon–Fri 8:00–17:00). Collaborators declare their availability and select cooperation hours from available time slots.

What we offer: 🤝​

• Cooperation based on a civil contract with a rate of PLN: on-site mode in Warsaw: 60,00 gross/h or full remote mode: 55,00 gross/h.

• If you choose the on-site mode: the possibility of switching to hybrid cooperation after meeting the operational requirements of the project, and good performance. (3 weeks remote, 1 week onsite).
