FinOps Analyst

You will manage day-to-day fiat and crypto treasury operations, including payments, reconciliations, invoice collection, pre-accounting, and reporting. You will coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual closes with external accountants; maintain accurate records; monitor cash and token positions; refresh P&L, cash burn, and forecast reports; and improve finance processes, tooling, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and reconcile fiat and crypto payments using Pennylane, Cryptio, and internal tools.
• Track, collect, and organize invoices across vendors and teams.
• Update monthly pre-accounting in Pennylane and Cryptio.
• Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual closes with external accountants.
• Refresh P&L and cash burn reports and simple forecasts.
• Monitor and rebalance cash and token positions across wallets and accounts.
• Identify and implement process improvements in payments, tooling, and reporting.

Requirements

• Have 3+ years of experience in finance operations, treasury, or pre-accounting in a fast-growing environment.
• Have hands-on experience with external accountants and monthly close routines.
• Be proficient with Pennylane, Cryptio, Notion, and Excel.
• Be familiar with crypto fundamentals.
• Maintain a meticulous and rigorous approach to record keeping and reconciliations.
