Summary

The Senior Product Manager will lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for a real estate bridge loan platform, translating complex business requirements into technical specifications. The role involves working closely with engineering and design teams to build AI-powered workflows and loan management systems.

On behalf of FinTech Client #2, SD Solutions is looking for a talented Senior Product Manager , reporting to the CPO, to execute on the product roadmap and innovation. You'll take high-level direction, a market constraint, a "we need to own this workflow end to end", and turn it into aspecification precise enough to build against, then carry it from definition through deployment.

SD Solutions is a staffing company operating globally. Contact us to get more details about the benefits we offer.

Responsibilities:

  • Translate company roadmap into deliverable requirements (PRDs): user stories, states, edge cases, data contracts, acceptance criteria, success metrics
  • Work closely alongside software engineers to align on technical specifications, feature requests, and workflow optimizations
  • Own the full delivery cycle: discovery, definition, design partnership, sprint execution, QA, launch, adoption
  • Design for genuinely different personas with conflicting needs: underwriters and analysts who live in the product all day, deal flow partners who touch it a few times per deal, borrowers who see it once, and credit stakeholders who need to trust its output
  • Work directly with analysts and underwriters to understand the real workflow, including the parts that happen outside the system
  • Define where automation ends and human judgment begins, and make those checkpoints legible in the UI
  • Apply strong analytical skills to establish clear KPIs, ensuring product deliverables generate measurable business impact rather than just task completion

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in product, with meaningful time on complex B2B platforms serving multiple distinct personas
  • Possess a leverage-focused mindset, preferring to engineer autonomous agents to execute complex workflows rather than doing them manually
  • Proven experience defining a complex fintech platform end-to-end, lending/mortgage/credit/LOS, capital markets, banking infrastructure, or comparable
  • Strong UI/UX instincts. You can sit with a designer as a peer, critique a flow with specificity, and recognize when a screen is hiding complexity instead of resolving it
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and with technical depth: you can reason about data models, pipelines, and where an AI system will be unreliable
  • Obsessive attention to detail: states, empty cases, error paths, permissions, what happens when the document is blurry, and the borrower's name is spelled three ways
  • Fluent English; comfortable working across time zones with a team spanning New York, Israel, Poland, Spain, and Portugal

    Advantages:

    • Experience shipping AI-native or agentic products, especially where model output feeds a decision a human is accountable for
    • Background in design or engineering before product

    About the company:

A BlackRock-backed fintech company reinventing the real estate bridge loan market. Their platform connects borrowers, brokers, and institutional debt investors through an AI-powered marketplace combined with a full back-office loan lifecycle management system.
