Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Fintech / Financial Product Specialist to drive financial feature roadmaps, payment gateway workflows, and SaaS monetization models across our property management software platform. In this role, you will bridge software engineering with financial rules, payment compliance, automated billing engines, and tenant ledger reconciliations.Key Responsibilities:Financial Workflow & Payment Gateway Integration: Design, map, and optimize automated tenant billing systems, recurring maintenance fee payment gateways, and direct ledger reconciliation tools within our PropTech platform.Product Financial Analysis: Evaluate platform financial metrics, transaction fee structures, and SaaS subscription models to optimize pricing architecture and platform monetization.Banking & Payment Partner Management: Collaborate with banking institutions, payment gateway providers, and software engineers to ensure billing accuracy, transaction security, and adherence to Singapore payment processing standards.Accounting System Sync & Client Support: Assist property management clients with chart-of-accounts setups, automated invoice generation workflows, and financial reporting modules integrated into the platform.Compliance & Financial Quality Assurance: Conduct functional testing on financial modules, ensuring auditability and compliance across all platform transaction outputs.
