  • Partner with subject matter experts throughout the Bank to understand identified gaps, clarify expectations, connect related risks across functional areas, and translate feedback into clear, actionable next steps.
  • Prioritize action items based on risk, urgency, regulatory impact, and business need, and escalate appropriately when timelines, ownership, or completion expectations are at risk.
  • Maintain detailed and consistent documentation of action items, ownership, target dates, status updates, supporting evidence, and completion outcomes.
  • Drive action items through completion by coordinating across internal stakeholders, fintech partners, and business owners to ensure identified gaps are addressed in a timely and well-documented manner.

  • Ensure supporting documentation, subject matter feedback, periodic reviews, and action item tracking adequately support risk memos and related governance materials.
  • Anticipate and respond to periodic examination and audit requests regarding fintech partnerships, programs, products, and related action item status.
  • Independently identify gaps, risks, and areas requiring further consideration, including action items that may need to be created or escalated.
  • When necessary, communicate directly with fintech partners to clarify expectations, obtain documentation, and support timely resolution of identified action items.
  • Proactively suggest improvements to fintech programs, review processes, action item tracking, and documentation standards.
  • Stay informed about industry best practices, applicable regulations, and emerging technology in an effort to integrate changes and improve review processes.
