About the Role
We are looking for a practical, detail-oriented Fire Protection Site Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily site activities, managing inventory, tracking project schedules, and ensuring site operations run smoothly from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
Site Coordination & Work Planning:
Plan, schedule, and track daily progress of work according to project timelines.
Coordinate daily site operations between sub-contractors, main contractors, and workers.
Inventory & Material Management:
Oversee site inventory, monitor stock levels, and coordinate material deliveries.
Accurately identify, specify, and order fire protection materials, fittings, pipes, and components as needed.
Reporting & Documentation:
Prepare and submit detailed Daily Site Reports covering manpower, work progress, site issues, and material deliveries.
Assist in reviewing construction drawings and updating site progress drawings using AutoCAD.
Problem Solving & Technical Support:
Use your engineering background to troubleshoot on-site technical issues and resolve day-to-day installation or coordination challenges quickly.
Ensure work compliance with fire safety regulations, standards, and safety guidelines.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience specifically in the Fire Protection construction industry.
Education: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Building / Construction Management, or a related technical field.
Material Knowledge: Strong familiarity with fire protection materials, equipment, and piping components (e.g., sprinklers, hydrants, alarm valves, pump systems, fittings).
Software: Proficient in AutoCAD (for reading, checking, and drafting minor drawing modifications).
Skills:
Proven problem-solving skills with a proactive, hands-on approach to site challenges.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to manage tight schedules and working environments effectively.
