Fire Service Technician II

We are seeking a Fire Service Technician II to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial fire life safety systems. This role is responsible for diagnosing system issues, performing repairs and upgrades, completing basic programming, and ensuring customers’ systems remain reliable and code compliant.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience servicing fire alarm systems, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to independently manage service calls from diagnosis through completion. This position requires excellent customer service, attention to detail, accurate documentation, and the ability to communicate technical solutions clearly with customers and team members.

• 2–5+ years of experience troubleshooting and repairing commercial fire alarm systems (EST3, Notifier, Silent Knight, Fire-Lite, etc.).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid California driver's license and proof of auto insurance.
• Ability to work in commercial construction environments, including high-rise and mid-rise buildings.
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs., climb ladders, and work in confined spaces or at heights as needed.
• Ability to perform field work requiring standing, walking, bending, and extended periods of activity.
