Job Purpose: As a Firearms Assembler at CZ-USA’s Kansas City facility, you will play a critical role in building, inspecting, and testing high-quality firearms to support our reputation for craftsmanship and reliability. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Perform firearm assembly, disassembly, and reassembly following detailed instructions and procedures
• Conduct test-firing procedures, including live fire evaluations, to verify mechanical reliability and accuracy of firearms
• Utilize digital tools and software to complete tasks and document work
• Monitor inventory and perform parts counts for accuracy and workflow efficiency
• Troubleshoot quality or assembly issues and escalate to supervisors as needed
• Support coworkers by providing hands-on job training and collaboration
• Complete assigned tasks and required paperwork accurately and on time
• Ensure regular and timely attendance to maintain workflow continuity
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Complete other tasks assigned by supervisor or management
• Adhere to all company procedures, safety protocols, and industry regulations
