As an FP&A Intern at PepsiCo, you will be part of the Finance team and support the planning, forecasting and performance management of the business. You will work closely with Finance and cross-functional teams, gaining hands-on experience in how financial insights support business decisions. You will contribute to key FP&A processes such as monthly forecasting, performance reporting and financial analysis. Responsibilities RESPONSIBILITIES Support monthly forecasting and financial planning processes. Analyze actual performance versus forecast, plan and prior year, identifying key drivers and variances. Prepare clear P&L analysis, management reports and presentations. Support Finance Business Partners with ad-hoc financial analysis and business cases. Work with large datasets to turn financial information into actionable insights and recommendations. Help improve and simplify FP&A reporting, processes and tools, including opportunities for automation. Own a defined internship project or business challenge and present recommendations to the Finance team at the end of the internship, consistent with PepsiCo’s project-based internship approach. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an interest in understanding the drivers behind business performance. Comfortable working with numbers and large datasets; strong Excel skills are important. Interest in FP&A, corporate finance and the FMCG / consumer goods industry. Strong communication skills with the ability to explain financial information clearly. Proactive, curious and comfortable taking ownership and asking questions. Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with Finance and cross-functional teams. Interest in digital tools, automation and new technologies is a plus.
