First Impressions & Hospitality Manager

The Paramount Group is hiring a full-time First Impressions & Facilities Manager to keep our headquarters clean, safe, and guest-ready. Reporting to our VP of Operations or Senior Operations Manager, we’re looking for a hands-on, practical person who takes pride in keeping our building beautiful, functional, welcoming, and well organized. This person will handle basic repairs and painting, plant care, cleaning and tidying, organizing catering and event equipment, coordinating occasional outside vendors, and generally notice and take care of the little things that make a space feel great.
