First Level Maintenance Technician(FLM)/Instandhaltungstechniker*in Nightshift - (m/f/d)

Who we are looking for

• • technical high school or completed technical vocational training
  • Experience in mechatronics, electronics, automation technology or comparable
  • German and English knowledge
  • MS-Office know how
  • Willingness to work in fully continuous nightshift operation (including konti shift model)
  • Follow safety, cleanroom and 5S regulations and react on security deficiencies
  • Takes over responsibility, works independently and makes decisions
  • Willingness to learn
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Flexible in terms of changes (including coverage or priorities)
  • Team player and communicates proactively
  • Implementation of the “zero defect strategy” and the 5S methodology
  • Apply systematic methods in problem solving (QRQC)

  WHAT WE OFFER:

  • 35 hours per week
  • Working schedule: fully continuous shift operation with 6 working days and 3 days off
  • Attractive wage and benefits based on your performance
  • Employment is in accordance with the collective agreement for employees in the electrical and electronics industry, employment group D, monthly gross wage including allowances approx. EUR 3.700,- for the first month. Further increases will take place thereafter and on top collective agreement increase in May
