Shift patterns: Any 5 from 7 Rotational. 06:00 - 14:00 / 14:00 - 22:00

✅WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Leading, motivating, and supporting warehouse colleagues to achieve operational targets
• Conducting team briefings, one-to-ones, performance reviews, and return-to-work meetings
• Allocating labour and resources to meet changing operational demands
• Monitoring productivity, KPIs, and operational performance, implementing corrective actions where required
• Promoting a strong health and safety culture through coaching, safety walks, and operational reviews

• Have experience leading teams within a warehouse, logistics, or operational environment
• Are confident managing performance, attendance, and employee engagement
• Can use operational data and KPIs to make informed decisions and drive performance
• Communicate effectively and build positive relationships across teams
