As a First Line Support Engineer , you are an important technical link between production, integration and engineering teams.
During your shift, you will: - Troubleshoot and independently resolve complex technical issues. - Analyse failures, test results and performance issues. - Determine the right technical approach and create action plans. - Support engineers with complex hardware interventions. - Minimise downtime and help secure production and installation progress. - Act as the first point of technical support during your shift. - Work closely with specialist engineers and other technical departments. - Support escalations and contribute to solving complex technical issues. - Coach and guide colleagues when technical support is required. - Share your knowledge through training and knowledge-transfer sessions. - Identify opportunities to improve processes, quality and cycle time.
You will work in a 5-shift schedule , meaning you will also play an important role during evenings, nights and weekends when immediate technical support is required. Functie-eisen What are we looking for?
We are looking for someone who combines technical knowledge, analytical thinking and a hands-on mentality .
You have: - A technical vocational degree (MBO level 4) with several years of relevant experience, or - A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field. - Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. - A hands-on approach and genuine interest in technology. - Experience working in a technical, production or high-tech environment. - The ability to work independently and take ownership. - Good communication skills and the abilit...
