FIS Technical Analyst
Summary
Technical analyst troubleshoots and configures FIS OPF components, integrates microservices/APIs, and resolves defects in Singapore-based financial software projects.
Required Skills
- Technical analysis of mapping requirements to FIS OPF components/modules
- Triage FIS components and interfaces in SIT and UAT including log analysis, OVA/BVA analysis
- Fix repeated and frequent issues
- Vendor interaction with FIS to resolve code/config/deployment defects
- Resolve questions/queries on FIS components for analysts and developers
- VTK to make config changes on-premise
Qualifications
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience with FIS OPF customization and configuration
- Experience in designing and implementing integration with Microservices/APIs, MQ and Batch file
- Experience with a variety of source control and development tools
- Excellent analytical skills (critical thinking, problem solving, and decision-making skills) with a history of driving the development of large software components.
- A passion for learning and the willingness to solve problems.
- Bachelor in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or any related field with strong education in web technologies.

- Experience with regional payments implementation
- Experience with cross platform debugging
- Experience in setting up and running DevOps
