Job Summary:
Under the direction of the Controller, the Fiscal Analyst will provide support to the fiscal department. The Fiscal Analyst will assist in all transactions including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and payroll functions.
Essential Functions:
- Responsible for transactions related to General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and payroll functions
- Leads monthly Accounts Receivable billing for all grants and contracts
- Reconciles monthly bank accounts, accounts receivable, accounts payable, credit card liabilities, accrued liabilities, deferred revenue and temporarily restricted net assets
- Manage Medicaid and health insurance fee‑for‑service billing cycles, from claim submission through payment processing and reconciliation
- Assist in producing accurate and timely cash flow forecasts, financial and other reports for internal management, governmental agencies, and funders as requested by the leadership team
- Ensures that generally accepted accounting principles are followed in keeping the agency's financial records
- Liaison and staff support to the auditors
- Accept other duties and responsibilities as assigned
