Summary
Oversees daily fish farm operations, including feeding, water quality monitoring, and stock health, while ensuring compliance with safety and biosecurity standards. Manages onsite teams and records operational data.
Job Description :
1. Supervise daily pond activities according to work plans and SOPs.
2. Monitor feeding, stock condition, mortality, and water quality.
3. Guide and coordinate operators and farm workers.
4. Ensure compliance with biosecurity, environmental, safety, and hygiene standards.
5. Report abnormalities, health issues, and operational problems.
6. Maintain daily operational records.
Qualifications :
1. Vocational (D3/D4) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in Aquaculture
2. Have experience in related fields (fresh graduate are welcome to apply)
3. Willing to work in Sobo, East Java


Deskripsi Pekerjaan :
1. Mengawasi kegiatan harian tambak sesuai dengan rencana kerja dan SOP yang berlaku.
2. Memantau pemberian pakan, kondisi stok, tingkat kematian (mortalitas), dan kualitas air.
3. Membimbing dan mengoordinasikan operator serta pekerja tambak.
4. Memastikan kepatuhan terhadap standar biosekuriti, lingkungan, keselamatan kerja, dan higiene.
5. Melaporkan setiap ketidakwajaran, masalah kesehatan, dan kendala operasional.
6. Memelihara serta memperbarui catatan operasional harian.
Kualifikasi :
1. Lulusan vokasi (D3/D4) atau sarjana (S1) Perikanan
2. Mempunyai pengalaman dalam bidang terkait (lulusan baru dipersilakan untuk melamar)
3. Bersedia untuk ditempatkan di Sobo, Jawa Timur
