Our Fish Market Cashiers are passionate about seafood and committed to providing our customers with a delicious and memorable dining experience. Our Cashiers are responsible for preparing and assembling to-go and dine-in options from the raw bar, starters, salads, poke sections of the menu as well as market ready fish, oysters, and shellfish. They will also operate the cash register, restock food and supplies, and maintain the cleanliness of the restaurant.

Responsibilities:

• Exhibit a cheerful and helpful manner while greeting guests and preparing their orders.
• Prepare and assemble to-go and dine-in options from the raw bar, starters, salads, poke sections of the menu as well as market ready fish, oysters, and shellfish.
• Demonstrate a complete understanding of menu items and explain them to guests accurately.
• Serve guests and diners food offerings and alcohol with friendly attentiveness.
• Uses Point of Sale system and cash register to accurately record orders and compute the amount of the bill.
• Accurately collects payment from guests and follow proper cash-handling protocols.
• Restock food, supplies, and maintain cleanliness of the restaurant.
• Understands and adheres to proper food handling, safety, and sanitation standards during food preparation, service, and clean-up.
• Cleans and maintains all areas of the restaurant to promote a clean image.
