KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Site Supervision: Manage daily installation of custom doors, wardrobes, kitchen cabinets, vanity units and wall cladding.
• Technical Execution: Read, interpret and cross-check architectural shop drawings and cutting lists against site conditions; resolve technical issues.
• Site Dimensions: Take accurate site measurements and coordinate dimensions with the factory before manufacturing to minimise waste.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate installation teams, main contractors, designers, consultants and project managers; attend site and client meetings.
• Quality Assurance & Control: Inspect finishing quality, manage snagging and de-snagging, and raise Work/Material Inspection Requests (WIR/MIR).
• Progress Tracking: Prepare daily and weekly reports, track material consumption, and meet deadlines within budget.
• Scheduling & Client Requirements: Prepare and update work schedules, follow up meeting actions and ensure works meet approved client requirements.
• Site Safety: Enforce HSE requirements and safe installation practices.

Skills

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience in high-end interior fit-out and custom joinery.
• Ability to interpret detailed shop drawings, joinery details and interior layouts.
• Proven experience managing site teams and coordinating trades.
• Bachelor’s degree, attested, with MOFA equivalency.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
