Fit-Out And Joinery Estimator

  • Analyze drawings, specifications, and tender documents to prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and detailed cost estimates
  • Perform quantity take-offs from drawings and site data
  • Prepare accurate pricing for fit-out, joinery, furniture, and FM projects
  • Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams to ensure alignment and completeness of scope
  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations
  • Support Furniture Fitout, Renovation and FM AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) estimation, including manpower, materials, and equipment costing
  • Prepare and manage variation orders, final accounts, and cost reports
  • Monitor project budgets and highlight any cost deviations
  • Conduct site visits for measurements, verification, and assessment of project requirements


    • Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in QS, Civil Engineering, or related field
    • 6 months – 2 years UAE experience in Fit-Out estimation preferred
    • Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, SketchUp, PlanSwift
    • Strong knowledge of fit-out works -MEP, joinery, civil works
    • Good understanding of FM costing -AMC, PPM, reactive maintenance
    • Strong numerical and negotiation skills
    • Fluent English communication Mandatory
