Fit Out Inspector

We are currently seeking an individual for one of our clients who is one of the UAE's leading Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) providers,. The role is Fit Out Inspector preferably with top developers or zoning authorities. Responsibilities: • Review tenant fit-out drawings and material submittals • Ensure compliance with authority and landlord guidelines • Conduct site inspections and monitor construction progress • Verify quality of workmanship and safety compliance • Coordinate with tenants, consultants, contractors, and facilities teams • Review testing and commissioning documentation • Approve handovers and fit-out completion requirements • Ensure no impact on base building systems or neighboring tenants

Experience Requirements: • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture • 3–5 years of fit-out, construction, or tenant coordination experience • Experience reviewing drawings and technical submissions • Knowledge of MEP systems, fire and life safety requirements, and building regulations • Experience with authority approvals and inspections
