SPENGA instructors lead a 60-minute experience combining spin, strength, and yoga—and help create the community that keeps members coming back. We’re looking for confident, encouraging fitness professionals who arrive prepared, connect with members, and make people of all fitness levels feel welcome and challenged.
All instructors complete the SPENGA certification program in spin, strength, and yoga to develop the skills to lead safe, effective sessions and inspire members through fitness.

Qualifications
- Current personal training or group fitness certification; spin and yoga certifications are a plus
- Willingness to learn and lead according to the SPENGA model
- Ability to confidently lead a group while providing individual coaching
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- An energetic, encouraging approach that welcomes all fitness levels
- Dependability, preparation, and a commitment to teamwork
- Successful completion of SPENGA instructor training and an audition before leading sessions
Responsibilities
- Complete SPENGA certification in spin, strength, and yoga
- Prepare and lead sessions according to the SPENGA model
- Safely coach and motivate groups of up to 20 members
- Provide exercise modifications to accommodate different fitness levels and abilities
- Build relationships with members and encourage consistent participation
- Set up and reset studio equipment before and after sessions
- Support membership sales by sharing the SPENGA experience and helping members connect with the studio team
- Represent the SPENGA brand and contribute to a welcoming, positive studio culture
