Job Description Summary
What You'll Do:
Provide hands-on SL2+ production support for Fixed Income trading systems.
Work closely with traders and front-office teams on daily business flows.
Support a complex electronic trading technology stack.
Manage production incidents, changes and operational issues.
Contribute to automation and improvements across the support environment.
Support trading operations across Sydney and offshore teams.
Your responsibilities will include:
Investigating and resolving complex production incidents.
Supporting Fixed Income electronic trading workflows and applications.
Working with broker platforms including Bloomberg, Tradeweb and Yieldbroker.
Applying deep understanding of Fixed Income business flows to technical support.
Participating in incident and change management processes.
Contributing to automation initiatives that improve reliability and efficiency.
Providing support across shift-based trading coverage, including offshore operations.

About You:
Mid-to-senior level SRE or production support experience.
Strong knowledge of Fixed Income business flows.
Comfortable interacting directly with front-office trading desks.
Strong technical understanding of complex electronic trading environments.
Experience supporting applications such as Bloomberg, Tradeweb or Yieldbroker.
Hands-on SL2+ support experience.
Strong incident and change management skills.
Experience contributing to automation initiatives.
Willingness to work shifts, including support for offshore teams.
Comfortable working five days per week from the Sydney office.
