Key Responsibilities

- Team Leadership: Hire, train, and mentor service and parts managers. Run regular leadership meetings. Foster teamwork across departments.
- Process Improvement: Create systems that speed up repairs and reduce customer complaints. Oversee adoption of new shop technology.
- Compliance & Standards: Ensure adherence to factory warranty policies. Keep the shop safe and compliant with OSHA and environmental rules.
- Customer Retention: Track Customer Satisfaction Scores (CSI). Build programs that bring car owners back for regular service.
- Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years in dealership management (Service Manager or Parts Manager).
- Skills: Strong financial literacy, data analysis, and team leadership.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of automotive repair workflows, warranty administration, and inventory systems.
