CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE | $2,800–$3,100 | PENJURU

🚌 Company bus provided from Jurong East

💰 Salary: $2,800 – $3,100/month
⏰ Working Hours: Monday to Friday, office hours

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle customer order processing, verification and preparation
• Coordinate with planners, booking agents, ship operators and customers to monitor supply schedules and vessel arrangements
• Respond to customer enquiries and complaints professionally
• Provide suitable solutions and maintain effective communication with customers
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in logistics or marine operations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Customer-oriented and detail-oriented
