FL Customer Service Support [FLO FLC]
Support role for Customer Service, includes liasing with customers on delivery of goods and answering customer queries
Typical titles include; Customer Service Support/Assistant/Coordinator/Clerk
Key Responsibilities:
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of daily inbound and outbound tally sheet, pick slip and local charges invoice.
- Collaboration: Work closely with operation team and any other related stakeholders to ensure customer needs are met efficiently.
Specifically:
- OUTBOUND - Receive PICK SLIP, update in tracking file, Create order via HJ, Updated pick slip, Return pick slip / Shipped order via Kober
- INBOUND - Prepare Import Document/tally sheet, Tracking Update, Release container and local charges payment
- Book Truck, Request customs document & permit - check CIPL, Prepare & print CIPL, gate pass, customs document & permit
- Scan bar code for each item number per SKU level for WMS receiving
