Job Description
BSThe Graduate Assistant will assist with the daily operations of the athletic program while pursuing a graduate degree at the university. This position provides hands-on experience in collegiate athletics through coaching, recruiting, administrative duties, event management, and student-athlete development.
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the athletic program.
- Support recruiting efforts, including communication with prospective student-athletes and recruitment database management.
- Assist with practice planning, game preparation, and skill development sessions.
- Coordinate team travel, equipment, and operational logistics.
- Monitor and support student-athlete academic success and personal development.
- Help organize camps, clinics, community engagement events, and fundraising activities.
- Perform administrative tasks including data entry, scheduling, and record keeping.
- Represent the university and athletic department in a professional manner at all times.
- Other duties as assigned by the head coach or athletic administration.
