This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced automotive technician to advance their career with a company that has been recognized as a Top Workplace by the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette for multiple years.As a Flat Rate Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing a wide variety of vehicle systems while delivering high-quality workmanship in an efficient manner. Successful candidates will possess strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

What You'll Do:

• Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on vehicles according to manufacturer and dealership standards
• Inspect, diagnose, and repair engine, transmission, suspension, steering, brake, HVAC, and electrical systems
• Utilize diagnostic equipment and service information systems to identify and resolve vehicle concerns
• Perform factory-recommended maintenance services and vehicle inspections
• Accurately document repair orders, findings, and completed work
• Communicate repair needs and recommendations with service advisors and management
• Maintain productivity and efficiency while ensuring quality workmanship
• Follow all dealership, manufacturer, and safety procedures
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Participate in ongoing training to stay current with automotive technology and manufacturer requirements
