Atlas Toyota Material Handling is currently seeking a full-time Fleet Account Manager to join our Fleet Strategy Team. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to customers by helping them optimize the performance, utilization, and total cost of ownership of their material handling equipment fleets.

What You’ll Do Day-to-Day:
- Manage customer forklift fleets, including fleet utilization, maintenance performance, and cost management.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing proactive fleet management support and addressing customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify growth opportunities and support new business development efforts.
- Conduct business with sincerity, honesty, and a customer-first mindset.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and fleet management programs.
- Utilize company and vendor technology platforms to monitor fleet performance and support customer reporting.
- Provide strategic recommendations to enhance the fleet management program.
- Manage internal and external invoice workflows and ensure timely processing.
- Coordinate repair quotes, maintenance approvals, and service-related communications for fleet customers.
- Track and manage repair purchase orders and fleet-related expenditures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
