The Fleet and Asset Manager will be responsible for the following:

Manages the acquisition, replacement, and disposal of vehicles, equipment, and fleet-related assets across their lifecycle.

Responsible for leading the Fleet team to achieve department results.

Collaborates with stakeholders to assess and prioritize facility and equipment needs based on operational requirements, cost-efficiency, and return on investment. Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration with impacted departments and safety team to align project goals.

Prepares and updates rolling multi-year capital planning documents. Tracks and reports performance metrics, including budget compliance, timeline adherence, and asset performance indicators.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in fleet/asset management preferred

Associates degree in Fleet Management, Business Administration, or related field and 10 years of experience in fleet/asset management or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Ability to build cross functional relationships and communicate effectively.

Change management skills

Process driven and experience in developing best-in-class processes

Demonstrated ability to make data driven decisions, strategy development, ability/willingness to learn, build & lead teams, proven ability to implement change/process improvements including technology

Essential technical skills: data analysis, financial acumen, understand & communicate technical concepts, people leadership skills

Ability to travel
