Goettl Air Conditioning & Plumbing is hiring a Fleet Coordinator in Phoenix, AZ. This role keeps our branch fleet, tools, and warehouse supplies running smoothly — tracking vehicle maintenance, coordinating downtime with dispatch, and supporting field technicians and branch leadership every day.

What You'll Do

• Track scheduled maintenance for all branch trucks and vans, coordinate service scheduling with dispatch, and report estimated vehicle downtime to the Operations Manager.
• Conduct vehicle spot checks to verify safety equipment is present and functioning, ensure weekly DVIR compliance, and keep vehicles clean with accurate utilization reporting.
• Coordinate the vehicle breakdown and accident process and maintain compliance for vehicle registrations and required fleet documentation.
• Issue paperwork, wraps, GPS units, tools, and initial inventory stock to new fleet vehicles; check tools in and out with field staff and conduct quarterly tool audits.

What We're Looking For

• 1+ year of experience in fleet coordinating or management
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficient in MS Office with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with meticulous attention to detail and solid decision-making under pressure.
• Clean motor vehicle record with an active, valid driver's license; able to pass a background check and drug screen upon offer.
• Able to lift to 50 lbs and handle prolonged standing, climbing ladders, bending, and kneeling.
• Preferred but not required: experience with fleet management systems and/or Samsara software.

Pay & Growth: $24–$26/hour, depending on experience, plus hands-on training and the chance to grow within Goettl's fleet and warehouse operations.
