RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide 1st and 2nd level IT support to vessels remotely.
Monitor onboard IT systems and perform scheduled maintenance.
Document procedures and train crew on IT usage.
Administer vessel SQL databases and handle IT security.
Liaise with vendors for support and participate in IT development projects.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
2+ years IT experience; maritime industry experience preferred.
Strong communication skills and ability to travel onboard vessels.
