Fleet Maintenance Technician $30-$35/hour
Pay: Based on Experience
Schedule: Monday-Friday | Overtime & Weekends as Needed.
We are seeking an experienced Fleet Maintenance Technician to take ownership of our fleet shop and help maintain a safe, compliant, and reliable fleet operation.

We are seeking an experienced Fleet Maintenance Technician to take ownership of our fleet shop and help maintain a safe, compliant, and reliable fleet operation.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on heavy-duty trucks and trailers
- Troubleshoot electrical, air brake, suspension, and drivetrain systems
- Complete trailer repairs,
- With strong experience in welding and fabrication work
- Maintain DOT/FMCSA compliance and inspection records
- Manage parts inventory and vendor relationships
- Coordinate repairs to maximize fleet uptime
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop

Requirements
- Heavy-duty truck and trailer repair experience
- DOT/FMCSA compliance experience
- OTR diagnostic and repair experience
- PTO diagnostic and repair experience
- Trailer repair and welding experience
- Parts inventory management experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently
- Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Class B License
- Supervisory experience a plus
