Fleet Management Officer - Asset Procurement specialist

In this role, you'll:

Work within our Bus Fleet Procurement Team within the Public Transport Branch of the Coordinator General division at Transport for NSW, with a focus on developing, implementing and managing the bus fleet management procurement, systems and tracking for service contracts.

This role will see you manage and monitor bus fleet asset management to support the optimal delivery of passenger transport service networks.

About you

Your appropriate tertiary qualifications or demonstrated, relevant, equivalent professional experience will see you bring a good grasp of the mechanisms for procuring buses across Transport for NSW and then also the whole of government.

You’re recognised for being an enabler who is capable of leading this function and be accountable for the end to end fleet process. This role will utilise your strong skills in Data Analysis, to both extract data and then represent that information by interpreting this and then presenting this / communicate this to an audience.

In addition to this, you can work autonomously and collaboratively across the branch and with external stakeholders and know how to interpret a contract from the service delivery side of things.

This is an Award Transport Grade 8 Permanent Full-Time role based in Sydney CBD, with flexibility through our cutting-edge hybrid working model!.
