Fleet Manager

A leading delivery company in Iraq is seeking an experienced and results-driven Fleet Manager to oversee fleet operations, manage delivery captains, and ensure operational efficiency across the delivery network. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a hands-on approach to fleet management, and the ability to monitor performance, solve operational challenges, and maintain high standards of productivity, service quality, and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise delivery captains, ensuring productivity, discipline, and compliance with company policies.
• Monitor daily fleet operations to ensure smooth and timely delivery services.
• Track fleet and captain performance using KPIs and operational reports.
• Identify operational issues, resolve challenges, and implement improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Coordinate with Operations, Customer Service, and other departments to ensure seamless workflows.
• Ensure compliance with operational procedures, safety standards, and company policies.
• Prepare regular performance reports and recommend actions to improve fleet utilization and reduce operational costs.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in fleet management, logistics, delivery operations, or driver supervision.
• Proven ability to lead, supervise, and manage operational teams.
• Strong understanding of delivery operations and fleet management systems.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to analyze performance data, monitor KPIs, and prepare reports.
• Good command of MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
