• * Manage the company fleet and monitor its condition daily.
• Keep PMs, inspections, repairs, and scheduled maintenance on track.
• Follow up on PTIs and ensure all units are safe and road-ready.
• Identify maintenance issues early and coordinate with shops and vendors.
• Verify fleet condition when needed.
• Source and help acquire new trucks/units as the company grows.
