📋 Job Requirements:

• Monitor and manage the company fleet on a daily basis.

Ensure all PM (Preventive Maintenance) and scheduled maintenance are completed on time.
Track upcoming maintenance, inspections, repairs, and service intervals.
Conduct regular PTI (Pre-Trip Inspection) follow-ups and ensure units are safe and road-ready.
Identify maintenance issues proactively and report problems before they become major repairs.
Check maintenance status and follow up with shops, mechanics, and vendors.
Personally verify fleet condition and maintenance when necessary.
Search for and source new trucks/units as the company continues to expand.
